Shipping Information

When will my Head Hero order arrive?

After placing your order, allow 3-5 business days for processing. During peak periods, processing may extend to 7 business days. Once dispatched, shipping times vary based on the selected courier. Please check the courier's website for detailed delivery timelines.

As an international customer, will I need to pay customs and taxes?

No! Head Hero ships all packages with taxes & duties paid. So the price you see on the website is the final one.

Return Information

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds. In case of exchanges, a restocking fee may apply.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or stolen?

We advise contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. Head Hero is not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse, including lost, stolen, or delayed items.

What should I do if my products arrive damaged?

Please report any damages within 3 business days of delivery with photo evidence. Note, we are not responsible for items damaged in transit but will do our best to assist.

General Questions

My promo code doesn't work. What should I do?

Ensure the promo code hasn't expired and meets the minimum purchase requirements. Normally, promo codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You have 24 hours after you place your order to modify or cancel it. After this timeframe, orders cannot be modified or canceled anymore. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase. Of course, we are here to help you and will do our best.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, there might have been a typo in your email address. Contact our customer service for further assistance.
